• Migrating from OE to AC bugtracker. Discuss advantages and disadvantages
• Advantages
  • More streamlined workflow within AC. One integrated bug tracker for AU, UY and all other customers.
  • Integration with QA/Automation
• Disadvantages
  • Initial overload of switching trackers
  • AU might have to work on two bugtrackers (however, for all development purposes, they will have to use only the AC bugtracker)
• Tasks
  • Clear legal hurdles, if any, like signing an NDA, so that AU is allowed unrestricted access to read/modify/administer parts of the bugtracker
  • Copying the AU Redmine database to AC Redmine for relevant projects
  • Setup the AC bugtracker (already assigned to Ruben)
